Collector's Corner

Collectors Corner - Beatrix Potter and Peter Rabbit Collectables

For the discerning collector are the two Beatrix Potter ranges from Enesco. The beautifully detailed miniature resin collection is reasonably priced at £9.95 per piece and the larger classic ceramic collection at £15.00 per piece. Each individual piece is hand painted and comes in an attractive box, carefully packaged with polystyrene to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We are pleased to stock some of the delightful new products designed and created by Emma Bridgewater. A project that is particularly dear to Emma’s heart, featuring Beatrix Potter’s matchless drawings on Emma Bridgewater signature stoneware. Alongside iconic images of Flopsy and Peter, Emma has chosen charming incidental images with which to create borders and rim decoration making these pieces very special indeed. All items come beautifully boxed to make a perfect present. Here is a little about her: Emma Bridgewater is a British company selling a British product, our pottery is made from warm, cream-coloured earthenware (which is a quintessential Staffordshire product); it’s hand-decorated in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent and we’re the sixth largest employer of potters in the area. We’re fully committed to making our wares in Stoke (the traditional home of British pottery manufacture since the 17th century); in fact it’s something of a mission of ours to put Stoke firmly back on the map.

The world famous Wedgwood company have been creating classic Beatrix Potter tableware since 1949. These newer pieces all show the same attention to detail and beautiful finishes as the originals. Attractively packaged these pieces make a perfect gift that will last a lifetime.

For Beatrix Potter fans and collectors alike are the collectable spoons, special edition 'signature' cuddly toys and the centenary edition gold covered little tales books. Check back regularly as there are often specific year items or limited editions - once they're gone, they're gone!
